I'm not receiving the email to validate my account?
Three steps to take to resolve missing validation email
- Make sure you check your spam or clutter folders to make sure that the email didn't get filtered out.
- Try creating a new account with the intended email address to make sure that there wasn't a typo in it the first time.
- If steps 1 and 2 don't work, shoot us an email at email@example.com and we'll do some quick checking.
*Note: if you have already registered your phone number with an active account, you may need to wait to reset your account in order to change your email.
