I'm not receiving the email to validate my account?

Three steps to take to resolve missing validation email

  1. Make sure you check your spam or clutter folders to make sure that the email didn't get filtered out.  
  2. Try creating a new account with the intended email address to make sure that there wasn't a typo in it the first time.
  3. If steps 1 and 2 don't work, shoot us an email at support@emergencme.com and we'll do some quick checking.

*Note: if you have already registered your phone number with an active account, you may need to wait to reset your account in order to change your email.
